All of the Alchemist’s Botanica products are safe for use on all ages. If any irritation, redness or sensitivity occurs, discontinue use, and consult your healthcare provider.

The Alchemist’s Botanica products are suitable for all skin types. However, if you have specific concern, The Alchemist’s Botanica ointments range target specific skin problems, from eczema, irritations and infections.

Although at The Alchemist’s Botanica we only use pure natural ingredients, everyone one is different and no two people are alike so we advise to skin patch test products prior to use.

To perform a skin patch test, rub a small amount on the wrist and leave for 24-48hours. If any sign of redness, itching, or irritation appears, discontinue using the product. For young children, we recommend to place a small amount further up the arm where the child is unable to lick or swallow the product.

The Alchemist’s Botanica range is unsuitable for vegans as they all contain locally sourced beeswax.

The Alchemist’s Botanica does not perform animal testing on any products. 

The Alchemist’s Botanica does not use Palm oil in any of the products.
